Now what?

Ah yes! Great question! Since you have officially started your rebranding journey, we will be sending you quite a few things to your email, which you previously included in your order!

here’s a look at what you’ll be getting:

  • A contract which states what we will be doing, our price and the project timeline through agree.com!

  • An invitation to your brand’s personalized asana board, filled with tasks that will be completed by both us and you as we begin on this journey!

from there, you will find a list of tasks and such for you to complete so that we can get started. Included in that will be a two page Brand identity workbook and scheduling a call to discuss what you want done for your brand!

More About your project

Your project will take roughly two weeks, start to finish. We do our best to complete the project as quickly as possible but we also want to make sure you are extremely happy with the results, so we do not do rush jobs (unless explicitly asked for by you, of course). If anything with our timeline changes, you will be notified through both your brand’s asana project AND your email.

delivery, Payments & more

Your final project will be delivered through dropbox and will be sent through both your email and the asana project board.

We require at 25% down payment at the beginning of the project and the rest of your balance to be paid no later than 7 days after the project is delivered. We will be using and.co to collect payments, as it is one of the most secure platforms out there, and payments will be processed through Stripe.

If alternate payment options need to be made, such as a monthly payment schedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

Now what?

Ah yes! Great question! Since you have decided to have someone manage your social media accounts for you, the real fun begins now! You’ll be getting an email from us containing some things so that we can get started!

  • A secure document so that you can send over any login information we may need

from there, you will find a list of tasks and such for you to complete so that we can get started. Included in that will be a Social reach workbook and scheduling a call to discuss what you want to get from this experience!

More About your project

As your project is ongoing, things will be happening all day, every day. We work for a cap of 10 hours on your social media accounts per week, so that you can get the most out of us without having to spend a bunch for someone working full time (which we do, we just don’t charge for it).

We require you send us the content you would like to be posted for the week on saturdays, and from there we will spend Sunday writing, planning and scheduling your posts to go up throughout the week at the times that work best for your accounts. We will also be spend at least two full hours following and connecting with new accounts on platforms similar to yours.

Along with that, with your first invoice of the month you will receive a one page social media analysis detailing the growth you have experienced over the previous month, along with some ideas on how to grow over the next month.

You will be sent an invoice every friday with a detailed timesheet, which spells out what we spent our time on. We will use Venmo to collect our payments, as it’s simple and easy to use.

If alternate payment methods or schedules are needed, let us know as soon as possible so we can get it figured out!
